When she asks how much, whatever price you paid, tell her it cost half that amount....they still go off on onr but if Mrs Rebelred ever found out i would be in my negative equity Dog house!!!! She also refers to them as 'toys' which annoys me no end!!

As requested by DiveController, here is the 'Supertrain' orange against my Loco 187 ( The only one that's not weathered!) The shade of oranges are a near perfect match which makes these much criticised coaches ideal for converting into the 'Intercity' Livery. Hope this helps you Kev.

I think they are 0.3mm lines from Railtec Chevron if i remember correctly, way easier than painting lines- trust me!!

Thanks Kevin, I prefer my coaches to be heavily weathered along the bogies & coach ends with a small bit on the roof line while keeping the sides clean. That's the way most IE stock was kept as they were washed by driving them through a train wash as opposed to being powerwashed by hand hence why they were so dirty in those areas mentioned. Weathering was done superbly by Georgeconna.

Cheers lads, resolution is crap on these photos, will try & take some photos out in the day light to show the weathering off better. TTC, i don't think there is any loco shed in the land of modelling/real life that's busier than Tara Shed!!!!
