Or if the Council has their way to make it yet another Greenway for the lycra mafia! -
Track does not belong to the Council but they do own the trackbed. Meenglas restoterd 5 years ago in poor conditiin and a magnet for local vandals 2

Remember driving railcars 12 and 18 before we were shafted by the local Council who saidl they could not afford our annual grant of 6k£ and they could run it better. Closed 6 weeks later in July 2000

No 6 last used in service early 1960 Wrong Railcar 12 was never uded after closure in July 2000

Was involved in the Foyle Valley and we were closed down by Derry City Council in July 2000 Nothing ran in public after that date and we moved Railcar 18 to Fintown in 2003. Railcar 12 was not moved as it belonged to Derry City Council.

FVR last ran in 2000. Use of former CDR railcar trailer No 4 was short lived but at a max of 10mph it did ride well!
