    63 to 65 had standard MPD cab ends as above. NIR planned to retain them and 63 and 63 got the Blue and Red livery. 64 was always in Maroon and White in NIR days

    LPHC was officially closed about June 1962

    Foyle Road is interesting as it shows that the LPHC lines have just been cleared. The steam coaches on the left are for the extra service to Belfast on a weekly basis By this stage all other regular passenger services were Railcar operated.

    Great photo of Glenties closed to passengers end of 1947. Kept open for goods until March 1952 mainly turf traffic. Lifted by 1954.
