Spot on - same engine under the hood.
  14. Model Irish Railways produced a kit version, but it's out of production now. As for an RTR version... I'm afraid I very much doubt there'd be enough demand to justify the minimum order quantities...
  15. Lovely stuff, Noel... to me, the M class were the definitive 1980s Expressway bus, even though any time I travelled on one was when going to school!
  16. Do you actually own anything that ISN'T wrapped in plastic, Dave?
  17. Mmmm, duuurty! Ahem... (One of those days...)
  18. Good call, Richie... two excellent websites!
  19. Always thought that IÉ ditched the 'Arrow' brand prematurely. It was a snappy name for commuter services that complimented 'Dart' nicely...
  20. I'm not entirely sure what scripts the forum software uses, but it would be worth checking to ensure you have the latest updates for various add-ons such as Java, Flash, etc.
  21. CNN are taking the California Zephyr route across the US, picking up stories and getting reaction along the way in the lead up to the presidential election: http://www.journalism.co.uk/news/cnn-newsroom-on-the-rails-reporting-from-a-train-across-america/s2/a550977/
  22. Here's one for all you grizzly truckers... (via Things Organised Neatly)
  23. Meant to say... it was good to meet ttc0169 again, and got to say a quick hello to Wrenn, who was busy selling models to the assembled masses. I could say the same about you!
  24. Aye... it meant I had the honour of travelling via Newcomen Junction when I got the train up from Longford for the exhibition
  25. Had a great time at the show yesterday... got to see some fabulous modelling (the 7mm scale NCC layout was the cream of the crop), got to say hello to Weshty and see the excellent work he's done on the Sulzer, and met Glenderg and saw the drawings for a little project he's working on for me. It was great to see such a good turnout to support the show.
