I bought a CP Rail C630m with Tsunami sound and then fitted a BC Rail pair with Loksound select. The ESU Loksound wins hands down on both sound and motor control. I will post avideo of the two sometime I have a minute.
Yes the sound Version and it runs sweet! This was Genesis last chance with me as I have had some dogs, especially the F45 which had really dodgy pick up but eventually got it cured.
The price is away out of my league too but a certain retailer in Toronto was selling these at one third retail price when I was visiting in 2011 and then the same retailer vanished with thousands of dollars of deposits!! I was one of the lucky ones.
Was in Coleraine today and Bills hobbies have 20% off all in stock Hornby and he has a good selection of stock which his web site does not show. I am no connection to the owner and only use it for some scenic materials but the prices with that amount off rrp takes them close to the box shifters.

A couple of pictures of a corner of my layout that has been waiting scenery for 3 years, hopefully by posting these this will get me started.

Here is a great supplier and a great airbrush for the money.

Also some great lesson videos, although this guy takes airbrushing to a whole new level. No connection just a happy customer.
Thanks for your comment Tony and just to be clear the red and white marker lights can be controlled individually which is a far more important feature than cab lights.
