DJ Dangerous Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Here we are, literally two years later, and I am happy to say that I received a letter from Customs yesterday, looking for money before they'll release my RPSI Mk2 coaches. Been a long wait but I'm sure they'll be worth it. What does that "Page does not exist" thing in my last post, mean, @BosKonay? Had I posted a link to a thread that has since been deleted? Quote
Warbonnet Posted March 27 Author Posted March 27 Hi everyone, We literally have one pack left in stock: https://irishrailwaymodels.com/collections/mark-2-coaches/products/rpsi-set-1 Who's having it? Cheers! Fran 1 Quote

Cheers! Fran These coaches are going to be incredibly sought-after in no time, people will be killing each other for them. Emailed all of my stuff to customs last night, biting my nails today while waiting for them to bill me for mine, can't wait to see them in person. Quote
DJ Dangerous Posted April 8 Posted April 8 This bundle of joy was also delivered today, finally. These look exquisite, I desperately need somewhere to run some trains! 7 1 Quote

Gabhal Luimnigh Posted April 8 Posted April 8 I have the old Bachmann RPSI ones but I'm seriously tempted by these, it's a killer 1 Quote
DJ Dangerous Posted April 9 Posted April 9 (edited) Had to have a closer look at IRM's first trainset, the ITG's A3R and the RPSI's Mk2 coaches! Up close and personal, these are just lovely lovely coaches. Again, lots of "No Smoking" signs so no work for @Rob! 547 rides a little higher than 181 and 300, maybe 1mm or 2mm. There's extra clearance between body and bogies compared to the other two. Is this prototypical? Sorry if the lighting is a bit off, hard to get a good balance with the sun in your face in this horrid heat. Edited April 9 by DJ Dangerous 6 2 Quote

Is there an extra shim or is it a difference in the coach floor? It one end of the coach or both? What bogies does your 547 have on it ? Edited April 10 by DiveController Quote
