Thats very sad news Leslie, I have some of his kits including a few of the corrugated wagons and brake vans. My condolences to you, and to Michael's  family and friends.

Sorry to hear that I think everyone has something in that range of models.

To my knowledge - "I've got a Little List" - the five countries of these islands, Germany, Norway, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada and New Zealand! If I've missed someone - speak up.

Thanks you for the comments, which are well deserved.

I will be writing to Joice, his lady, and will pass on your good wishes. "He will certainly be missed"!

Very sorry to hear of Michael's passing, I didn't know him personally but his work in the form of his kits from Leslie are a lasting legacy and have brought and will continue to bring a great deal of pleasure to many of us in the modelling community.

May he rest in peace.
