Driver 301s Workbench

Hi All,

 

I've been working on a couple of projects over the past while that have kept me away from my N gauge model of Connolly although I hope to get some serious work done on this over Christmas.

 

Here is the first project which is a static 1:100 scale model of a Citadis Alstom 401 type tram. It was built as a retirement present for my department manager who is also a gentleman. For his privacy I have blocked his name from the nameplate although anyone who knows Transdev/Luas will know who he is. Have a look at the pics they may be of interest.

That is a sweet bit of modelling Driver301. Hats off to ya. I'm a big fan of the LUAS trams, glad to finally see one caputred so well in model form If you have more pics would love to see them. Cheers.

Proper job. Like railcars and DMUs there are lots of subtle curves, plus a full interior to cope with. Well done!
