  5. This lady is safe in the Hangar with some mods needed the First flight aint too far away. E130 notes for this comes with preinstalled servos and retracts. Bargain!! Awesome Demo Vid below
  6. Best ballast hopper I have seen, Lovely weathering on that along with the stenciling. Did you go for Stencils or Decals.
  7. whats the Pedigree of the Model, Is is q kit or Silverfox?. Power by? is it working?
  8. My friend John.....No idea!!
  9. You might be better off Analogue on the points as controlling the locos are effort enough without having to route set on the console as well Expecially given all the points you have. You can have your mini CTC on a panel. Loking forward to the ammonia being routed up into the cobh Platforms by mistake!!!
  10. I mask it as well. SSM do the correct Decals, Railtec stuff is too narrow in Width. Silver Fox do a white line transfer as well.
  11. I will have 1 or you and one for me to play with:tumbsup: !!! Ill take you up on that!! I bring the biccys... The new Elink from hornby is getting some good feedback, You can Control via a Laptop ( no controller needed) if you are into that or Roco do a system that runs from a smart phone. Not sure ofthe name of it but will be heading up to a chaps house to take a gander!! Anyone that has a phone can connect up a drive a loco!! madness!! Reports from Warley are indicating all the DCC lads were operating the layouts with Tablets and Smartphones apparently. I would need a few tablets after working trying to figure the set up out at the start though!!
  12. Still trying to Comprehend the size of this. Whens my invite for a cup of tea then!!
  13. If the Baccy 21 pin chip is 4 Function chip then only one cab light will work on one end from the ones I have tried out. Try going through the function buttons from F1 to F8 G
  14. Far from it!!. I learned my lesson to be a good boy nowadays!!
  15. Is it a Bachmann Decoder or a Murphy Models decoder you have in the 201. Select has 8 function plus F0 for lights
  16. If I got a pound for everytime this layout was mentioned in the shop I would have a good few bob now!! The new area looks fab!!
  17. The green dots are Lens Refraction of the headlights within the camera.
  18. Heres the pic of the track part with the cover removed. Take out the Blue electronic component and put the track back into the layout and insert the wires. that shuold be the end of the problem for you.
  19. Happy to help, Good job your threw up the piccy.
  20. Err, That was myself or Roy Mckay (I sold my PC-9). I had a kit in my hand the other week but sold it. It was 1.72 resin. G
  21. Is the power track your using a orange coloured one?, Hornby have a DDC power track specially for DCC. If it is the Orange coloured Power track socket, then you can take off the cover and remove the Supression Capaictor in that or change it for a DCC power track which is: R8241 Also it could be the Back EMF is set wrong. Had this problem on a few baccy chips recently. Hope that helps but try the power track solution 1st. tks George
  22. cricky, Your a warrior for those 201 kits, Great work as well, Loving the weedspray to Had a chap that brought in a 08 that did not work they other day, DCC fitted as well. Took a look at it and found two holes had melted on the roof where the chip had been placed. Some amount of heat must of been produced to do that from such a small PCB!!. He thought it was the Exhaust ports!!!
  23. Its amazing what the eye does not see and the camera picks up, Need to tidy up the buffer casting as well by the looks of it!!
