The appropriate action would, of course, be for the culprits to be quickly removed from society to a place of detention. However it seems they are now out on bail to repeat their behaviour at their convenience and cause further disruption wherever they please.

I have only recently finished relaying much of the track on my layout. However, there is one gradient that is not easily accessed that I left alone. I might see if I can try out PowerBase there - if I can manage to reach it.
Has anyone used this new product from DCC Concepts? It appears to improve haulage capacity on gradients.
The only problem seems to be that the steel plates have to be fixed under the track.
Easy for a new layout but a bit more work when everything is in place.
I don't know where they got their exchange rates but I haven't seen the US$ that strong for years! They don't seem to allow payment in dollars for delivery to Ireland.
I'm not so sure it was that good an advertisement for model railways. Tubridy seemed to suggest that it might not work, and it didn't perform too well. It was derailed before it even started and, well, the crash has already been mentioned.
