    If the model is to have an interior, glazing and realistic doors then it is not what was on display at Raheny. We can only comment on what we have seen. I'm sure everyone will reasses their opinions when we see the improved models.

    I didn't say anything was bad. I was just expressing a preference for loco hauled main line trains as an enthusiast not a passenger.

    To my mind contents are contents. What's the difference between me having (say) 6 TVs or 6 071s in the house? There is no comparison to a work of art (even though the model is) which increases in value and would be attractive to a thief.

    Aren't the individual items covered by home contents insurance? A model railway isn't one item but a sum of the parts.
