  1. 2.cb&wcr?
  2. Now picture that with extra dents, bumbs and some gentle grime, dirt and rusty weathering...oh Vicar!!
  3. Rough Handling, bumps and bends eh? What would the neighbours think??
  4. Some feeling eh? makes all the hard work worth while!
  5. Phil, don't forget, I specifically designed this kit to be easily put together by solder or superglue. So, if you've ever built an Airfix kit, you can build this one. Regards Weshty.
  6. Cough! Back on topic, how will the Bullied corrugated sides be done? Thin resin, plastic or pre-pressed thick aluminium foil?
  7. Great work lads and thanks for teh comprehensive detail. John, very impressed that you could keep the two bogies powered, that's a tight space.
  8. Getting stuck back into the R&D after the summer hiatus. I will keep you updated with progress.
  9. T'would be some laugh if he ended up selling the van and not the Nissan....
  10. I've always wondered about Jack Meade's Bridge, it seemed so inconguous there. What I can't figure is how could such a thing have been built for a railway that wasn't yet tendered/approved/defined? Such a bridge would cost c.€5-10 million in today's money, where would this capital have come from?
  11. Be still my beating heart! Leslie, I can wait 'til '14 for this one. Good call sir.
  12. Good god. Scale equivalent to the Trans-Siberian Railway
  13. Well done Kirley, great character in it, it just has the right stone "feel" about it. I like the stone shading, the capping on the roof and the window detailing. All those little bits add up and give it that extra dose of verysimilitude. You may have mentioned already, but what stone sheets did you use?
  14. I want one of these, his buses are just brilliant. If only I could get around to building them....
  15. The irony. Rebel Capital and four references to the Sax-Coburns....
  16. Was this to deal with trainspotting vampires??
  17. Do we apply Boolean logic constraints here. (Or or Either/Or). Vikky Road was the original Blackrock terminus but was replaced with Western Road.
  18. ` 3. How many rail termini had Cork city, like? Glanmire GSR Arthurs Quay West Cork Capwell Macroom Western Road Cork & Muskerry Albert Street Blackrock
  19. Straight up David, there is nothing I can pick up wrong on that bus, the more I look at it, the finer it gets! And the littel 4 wheel wagon beside it? Des Coakham would be proud of it!
  20. If Limerick is a lady, she's a bottle blonde (Croyden facelift style), drives a '98 Yaris, while smoking a JPB...with the windows up.
  21. Absolutely agreed, but that is a sickly looking livery, why don't they use the road version, way classier...
  22. Hmmm, sounds like union relations in the 70's, plus ca change etc......
  23. Loving that stone shed, she really looks the business. Good job done sir.
  24. Well done David, a lovely model, and a cracking livery.
  25. Looks like a great event, unfortunately I won't be there. Having promised to bring the young fellahs to Clonakilty for Grandad's birthday that weekend, my life would be forfeit!
