  2. Typical Fran...all diesel..
  3. Also, ye should listen to Richie more, if ye ever start making locos, listen to his Sambo idea! I know " it will be a long time till we get anywhere near building locos" but I can wait..
  4. Wait.. Something NIR?
  5. The plot thickens..
  6. Is it hidden in the midst of this thread?

  11. 2.30am, somewhere in North inner city Dublin. "Knocks on door" Harry? Hi, Make this(thrusts prototype drawings at him, walks off. Looks down "GSR class 800". "Well,.. sh*t". Goes to pub for Guinness (To capture the feel of Dublin, imagine the Edge playing guitar)

  13. As that well known eejit used to say "slow and steady wins the race"
  14. Any news on this?
  15. This is very interesting. So to summaries anyone modeling the 40s-50s-60s(me!) should have cattle banks/platforms in a station?
  16. Don't worry Ed, the feeling is mutual..
  17. Don't go there man! Battleships, fencing and tea end up getting involved!
  18. Dead skinny dexters and Kerry cows would be the right cattle for that era. Take it from a culchie;)
  19. Looking good. Is that john Wayne helping you there? Happy thanksgiving,pilgrims...
  20. Of course you could model the GNR of the late 1920s,locos with no nameplates on any locos and a nice plain black livery. Glover really was the "ornate" type wasn't he!

  22. I'll try that,thanks
  23. Got another the right way up bit blurry, sorry
  24. Dave of modelrailbaseboards.com is your man. I'm sure he will be around shortly
  25. CIE no.402 has been painted, it is now awaiting finishing touches and a chassis of some poor unsuspecting King Arthur. this is the only picture I could get the right way up,which is very annoying.
