i would remove the roof, divide the interior into compartments as on the real thing, using plasticard. make bench seating and spray the interior a dark colour, presumably it was red, and stick a few people on the seats and bobs your uncle! great job so far=D

interesting layout John. was considdering a similar layout as the traditional around the wall left a waste of space in the middle and a tendency to make the width of each side too big to access into the wall - bad news if a derailment occures. i assume the lifting section is to the right of the diagram?

great pics there Sulzer! had the oppertunity to visit there some years ago when the semiphore signals were there .. - it was a beautiful little station and the hotel was and still is an impressive building. it would be a nice station to model.

has there been any derailments other than this one on that line in the last few years?
