DERAILED
Just saw this on Boards.ie tonight! C202 the loco formerly exhibited at Cahirciveen and then dumped near Grace Dieu Junction in Waterford. In company with an ex.West Clare railcar unit from Blackwater and assorted other razor blade material. Location and owner not mentioned. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057273858

DERAILED
That's not Dromod but I wouldn't be surprised if Mr.Trebus is involved somewhere.
UP6936
Just for anyone who isn't well versed in this locos history. This is C227, she was erroneously numbered 202 when displayed. From the looks of things she's in an awful state. Does anyone know if the engine and generator are intact?

Garfield
Mad collection of motive power there; Metro Vick, Gleismac, Deutz, Hunslet, Ruston, Simplex(?), Walker (sort of), a BnM home brew, and what looks like a Wickham painted white... heirflick
any clues as to the location?
minister_for_hardship
'C202' aka C227, the loco that just refuses to die. Whether that's a good or a bad thing is a matter of personal opinion....
Deutschbahn
Here is where it was on Google street view outside Waterford. Coordinates: 52.269966, -7.137489
Riversuir226
C202 is in South Kilkenny, shes more or less a shell with bogies.
Jawfin
It would be highly novel to have it cosmetically restored at Downpatrick or somewhere in its NIR livery as
Blaine
It would be highly novel to have it cosmetically restored at Downpatrick or somewhere in its NIR livery as 106 Why cosmetically restore it when there is an identical one there that works, and 226 might end up there some day too... Just humanely put it out of its misery, its a pile of scrap, totally stripped of almost everything
Warbonnet
Could always build a layout in it for a bit of novelty. Although I think that's been done before.
