Noel Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Nice photo. The imagery echoes parallels of a modern Ford Mondoe passing a Ford Mustang V8 powerhouse PS: The kinks in the rails in the middle of the point must be quite uncomfortable for pax when a train runs over it at any sort of speed. Quote

Railer Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 I see 071 has the new handbrake wheel fitted along with it's high vis numbers. 084 has the the same but it's been dumped outside the Connolly Shed for 2 weeks now. The new rend hand wheel is much larger, sticks out more from the main body works and has only three spokes. Quote

Weshty Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Have to agree. Though I loved the old Orange livery, there's something quite industrial and almost brutalistic about the plain grey. It suits freight working. Quote
