How about some photos and videos of all of the effort and failures you've experienced these past three months? Giving specifics rather than vagaries will help others in knowing what NOT to do. One thing I learned very early in my working life: Every failure is a learner.

Frikkin' Puff Daddy. Nobody be missing you, Puffy! Just tell your friend that you don't give a damn about Puffy nor his party guests and move on.

Cracking stuff, @Rob! Worth waiting for.

On the bus home tonight (yes, IRM have made me so poor that I have to bus everywhere) I saw a sign which reminded me of @skinner75's post here: It says that taking photos or videos of public employees is prohibited under the data protection law. Surely, Ireland has similar data protection laws, to protect public employees such as Gardaí? If so, how come these sovereign-citizen and anti-mask clowns are above the law?

How dare you have a job??? I'll bet that you're one of the worst of the worst, doing double-shifts and everything. Don't you know that you should be scratch-building instead of working? Had a PM asking me to give the "phrasing" a rest. Boom!

Rails of Sheffield have a load of Heljan O Gauge stuff on offer, some spectacular prices. 37's, 47's, 55's, wagons, BR blue, modern, green, the list goes on: https://railsofsheffield.com/collections/bargains?filter.v.price.gte=0&filter.v.price.lte=600&filter.p.m.custom.Scale=O+Gauge&filter.p.vendor=Gaugemaster+Collection&filter.p.vendor=Heljan&sort_by=price-ascending One or two reference screenshots attached, but there's a lot more to discover!

You Can't Beat A Bit of Bulleid - Open Wagons Next For IRM
DJ Dangerous replied to Warbonnet's topic in News
Just wondering if there's been any time to look at the feasability of reversible buffers, magnetic / friction fit etc for future runs of wagons using this chassis? -
Oh, that's because I warned them about you in advance. Told them that you're a Nigerian 419 scammer, and to block your email and fob you off if you call. I'm on commission, you see, so they listen to me. Being serious, though, in case it helps anybody else, maybe some of us could PM each other with invoice numbers, order numbers etc, to try paint a picture of who has and hasn't received their orders, and try figure out what is going on. Happy to volunteer as point man for anybody who wants to get in touch with me.

Heljan O Gauge Class 37 Due Soon!

Parcel opened twice by Customs, and they held on to it a while, but after opening it myself, I don’t blame them. -

I wonder what order Rails of Sheffield are processing orders in? By invoice number, by Rails order number, by Hatton's order number, by location, by order size, or is it just random? Also wonder is it only the black and orange coaches that people are missing? I think that @leslie10646 and @jhb171achill said that theirs are missing. As an aside, Rails can at times be slow to ship, and to communicate. I don't think they were prepared for the general business increase after Hatton's passed away. One of my recent orders took about a week and a half, maybe more, to ship. Another, a replacement loco, was shipped with no communication. I didn't receive a reply when I asked for a shipping update, but a week or two later, DHL contacted me about a parcel from Rails, which ended up being that loco. Probably doing their best with what resources they have.

Sorry, @StevieB. I should have been clearer. I checked this before paying, to trouble-shoot in advance. Paid for the order this morning, and now await a postage price.

Checked my Hatton's pre-orders against my Rails invoice today, and I'm also missing an orange an black coach. Emailed Rails to query and they said: "Hello, Unfortunately the orders have been invoiced as placed with Hattons, unfortunately I am unable to add items as I am unable to edit, these have been imported from Hattons and we can't see any further information unfortunately. KInd regards" I gave them my Hatton's order number in my mail, and offered to forward my Hatton's confirmation email to them, but it seems that their hands are tied.

I'll take 10% commission as your advisor.

I see a lovely blue and grey streak hidden in the background!

Absolutely fabulous! Love that double-headed freight train in the lower right-hand corner.

Does anybody, or indeed their kids, grandkids etc, collect those wooden Brio trains, or the IKEA Lillabo trains? I like the look of this one, potential for a Mk4 DVT. It was actually @derek's crane that got me wondering about this. Laugh all you want, but the wooden stuff is fascinating to me! Lot of possible expansion options, too:

Finally getting around to unboxing the O Gauge Class 47. What a lovely looking beast. Bags of extra bits and bobs included. Haven’t seen one of these on the forum in ten years!
