  1. Received a picture from @murphaph... Little 048 is soon to start winging her way home! Big thanks to @murphaph for saving her, and to IRM for some spares that were needed!
  2. With something like 9,000 hectares on fire and almost 13,000 people in shelters, and the fire reaching the point where it can no longer be extinguished, it seemed poignant to have a look at these two today. Green Godesses from both Oxford and Corgi. The Oxford one is probably better overall but I prefer the look of the valves on the back of the Corgi model.
  3. I'm very fond of the plate girder bridge sides. Think that they look smashing. This kind of thing here:
  4. Vamonos!!! https://www.irishtimes.com/sport/soccer/2023/08/20/spain-win-the-womens-world-cup-after-final-win-over-england/
  5. Please don't say due to structural failure of the bookcases, because I'm cutting massive holes in the sides of mine!
  6. Yours are going to be withheld indefinitely due to a lack of Blackstairs updates.
  7. IXO Models TR099 1983 Volvo F10. Absolutely love the F10's and F12's. Prefer them like this, without the roofbox. Unbranded "Everest Model" eBay 1:48 containers on a butchered Edicola brand trailer as with previous posts.
  8. And again: Next, you'll be telling us that the nose panels are DCC operated, and so is the snacks trolley!
  9. Epic fail! The joke only works if you first make a post complaining that the mods try to make the forum a better place, then edit the entire post to your hard-earned advice.
  10. Damn you and your perhapsing and teasing! I wonder how much October flights cost...
  11. Will we see an O Gauge EP at the October show? Something to haul those O Gauge RPSI Mk2's maybe? And don't lie to me, there's no way that they're OO!
  12. They look so good!!! Too much detail for OO Gauge, so these have to be a stealth O Gauge launch.
  13. Something nice to come out of this thread is a select few members showing their true colours. We don't know how lucky we are to have this forum, not just the incredible resource that it is, and the wonderful people that we meet here, but to have the ear of the biggest Irish RTR manufacturer! Those who take it for granted will spam, bully and snipe, either aggressively or passive aggressively, but there are a handful who will stand up for what is right. To them, and to IRM, I say thank you. To the bullies and spammers, your actions speak louder than your words...
  14. There's a phrase involving the pot and the kettle, but my memory fails me. Maybe better to practice using the search function and respect the forum's value, rather than insulting people. It's just nice. Always happy to help.
  15. These posts should all be in THIS thread here: https://irishrailwaymodeller.com/topic/10440-irm-announce-nir-enterprise-mark-2-coaches There is no need to keep spamming the fourm with duplicate threads. If you use the search facilty, you fill generally find that there is already a thread to which you can contribute. If you are struggling to find the correct thread, please drop a PM to another member asking for guidance. We're a generally helpful bunch when people are pleasant. Hope this helps.
  16. Can't hear any difference at all myself, seems a bit of a pointless mod... As @irishthump says, it's "can" vs. "should".
