Some sad news this evening people The MRSI's planned 3 day show over the October weekend in Raheny has been cancelled We are hoping to stage a show early in the New Year depending on how things go virus wise, but should it happen we will keep you all informed Stay Safe.

I still see this set knocking about, usually in the €250 - €300 range for the one with traffo & track slightly cheaper without. Again this one turns up from time to time and is generally in the €200 bracket

Just for the record men. Pack 1075 A 30006 on top, 30167 underneath Opposite side 1076 B 30114 on top, 30202 underneath Opposite side 1077 C 30118 on top, 30109 underneath Opposite Side: 1078 D 30072 on top, 30139 underneath. Opposite side: And all boxes come with instructions and spare parts

MMIE The Murphy 201 was no a re run The original 201's were manufactured by Lima in Italy, whereas the MM ones were done by his manufacturer in China Regarding a re run there are some costs involved The moulds etc which are owned by PM have to be taken out of storage The factory floor has to be cleared of its previous job Then the models are made painted and detailed, boxed and readied for shipping Then the factory floor is readied for the next job So irrespective of the amount of models being produced all these different jobs incur the same cost which adds dramatically to a small production Hornbys Limited Editions are usually 1000 - 2000 models whereas the regular production runs are in the 10,000 range
