Bear with me here son, I've been at the sherry,
This is what it looks like when you open the roof of your 201
The animal in front of you is the blanking plate
This can be removed by applying slight pressure underneath the plate and pulling upwards
When removed you should have a scene like this
The new DCC Chip can then be installed making sure to line the teeth up
The missing tooth can be seen on the bottom left of the pic
Now where did I leave my glass?
Spot on Pat, picked them up from an ex employee who was on the team that worked with the CAF people
I think they commissioned a half dozen sets of each, so there are still a few out there
Static unfortunately, but very easy on the eye

Jasus Roxy, the last time I made someone feel warm and fuzzy it cost me €100, and she wanted an extra €10 to leave her boots on
I think her name was Roxy as well ?
EBay Paul, a chap in Belfast was selling it on behalf of his father in law
Steve, I bought the Inter City set about 5-6 years ago, I still can find no reference about it, but at the time I thought it was the correct box etc
Yea, kinda thick over this one ,I was told the original one was kosher but with no reference to check, what do you do?
You pays your money and you takes your chances
Early Christmas present
I thought I had this set boxed off but when I saw the the Lid detail on this set I knew I was in trouble
New set
Ref number is 10 70221 4
Old set
The Lima O Gauge 4F in CIE livery is a very rare beast, one of the harder to find of the older "Irish" outline models
Lima N Gauge Irish is the rarest, followed by O, then HO and OO would be the most produced of the models
That appears to be a common problem with these locos
Run them on larger radius curves and longer points if you can
Weight can help but it seems to be the coupling arrangement on these particular locos
