  1. A very good representation of a large station in a relatively small space. Has anyone done something similar for Waterford North, either its early, complex layout or the smaller, simpler version? Stephen
  2. You must be doing something right compared to the guys from RMweb. In particular, they seemed to have zero idea about customer service and couldn’t deal with criticism. Stephen
  3. My personal favourite would have been a line from Dungarvan to Youghal, cutting half an hour off the journey time of the Rosslare Express. Stephen
  4. I particularly liked the photos of Wellington Bridge. What a waste just lying there doing nothing. If only the powers that be hadn’t made growing sugar beet a no no. Stephen
  5. Lovely stuff, Leslie. Stephen
  6. So much being done by so few, if I’m not mistaken. Stephen
  7. I think it was the same over there. Carry out some kind of ‘improvement’ as a precursor to closure. Let’s not forget that both countries had doctors, in the non-medical sense, running their railways! Stephen
  8. I think you’re spot on with your description of how Sambo was built. Stephen
  9. Lovely model, considering Its age. Stephen
  10. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the largest town unconnected to the rail network is now Letterkenny. Stephen
  11. Another ‘might have been’ would be a line from Manorhamilton to Bundoran. The 1957 closures would have forced CIE’s hand to retain a rail link to Bundoran and Ballyshannon. Stephen
  12. Keep up the good work. Stephen
  13. You continue to amaze with your modelling of rolling stock. Stephen
  14. Some lovely photos. Colour brings the picture to life. Stephen
  15. Three lovely photos, especially the top one. Stephen
  16. Very convincing representation of days gone by. Stephen
  17. Very nice. Stephen

  20. I think you’ll find it’s enquiries@chrisdyerfairs.co.uk. Stephen
