  1. When the A class was announced.
  2. Looking at these pics of the model and Noels pics has reminded me of how much I love these wagons. They will look equally as impressive running empty with all the excellent detail of the skeletal deck and underframe. Rich,
  3. Fantastic looking scene Fran. Are the cranes the Heljan ones that were released many moons ago. Rich,
  4. Got to love those 20ft containers. I remember the mail arriving in Plunkett in a 20 footer around 6 in the morning and being collected by An Post. Rich,
  5. Not a bad idea Jim and the layout room would always smell nice. Rich,
  6. Were the pallets shrink wrapped or heat shrink wrapped Fran. There were withdrawn sets parked up in Waterford West for years near one of the spans for the Suir (Red Iron Bridge) rail bridge I should have and never did get round to taking some pics and regret it now. Rich,
  7. I have em at the ready Jason just incase, and he looks chuffed as well with the Ferts. Rich,
  8. Lovely jubbly I'll be having a full rake. Rich,
  9. There is a blanking plate on some cad images I have seen. Rich, Any chance someone took a pic of the 121 nose to cab with 184. Rich,
  10. It's called humour and Seamus is well known for having a good sense of humour. Rich,
  11. It looks to capture the 121 uniqueness shape and detail wise which should be what sets the standard for a model. It's a given that all locos should have sound mechanics and run great straight from the box in this day and age. Although a small few rogues will always escape from the factory. Any of the three MM Illinois built locos I have are spot on in every department and no doubt these will be the same. As Fran has said the design work gone into this model is of the highest standard. If the area between the grilles remains see through on the sides it will be epic. I always wondered would it be possible to remove some of the chassis block on a 141-181 to achieve that effect. Can't wait for 124 and 134 they are going to be special. Rich,
  12. What an amazing looking machine and such an important part of the railway. When you are working with these babies it is said by staff that you are working in the guts of the railway. Rich,
  13. I hope hope Mrs Brady has plenty of Fabreeze in the cupboard. Rich,
  14. All the fantastic detail and skeletal chassis means I'll be running some empties just to show it off. Top work men. Rich,
  15. I'd be up for a few in IE livery. Still one of my favourite models and has been setting the standard for 11-12 years. Rich,
  16. Nice to see it has developed so quickly the weedsprayer will be a cracking model. Rich,
  17. Why not put up photographic evidence of all these bokety brass models you refer to and I mean all of them. Put up pics from all these bokety brass models that members have uploaded to this group. I've said it before and I'll say it again.
  18. Always handy to have a rubber in the pocket. Rich,
  19. Agree Jason we all know who the main complainant and moaner is. He's been bad mouthing other manufacturers behind their backs also and being as nice as pie to them on here. Two faced and untrustworthy individual. Great to see the model progressing nicely and when it is released it is released, patience is the key. Rich,

You know it makes sense Fran. I love the Push Pulls and at the end of their career they were very busy before the ICR's were put into service. They also replaced the MK11's on the Heuston Waterford when they were withdrawn. They even made appearances on the Waterford Limerick line. Rich,
  21. I really love seeing this side of the process it makes me appreciate the finished product all the more. Rich,

MK111 push pull sets to the excellent standards we are getting used to seeing. Especially with 121's on the way. Rich,
  23. Lovely collection Ernie. The pics in Waterford. The A pulling the ferts with beets parked next to to them and the orange bubbles stand out in particular. All will be available and some are already available to recreate those scenes. Rich,
  24. All the best men, onwards and upwards was never more apt for a young company going places. Watched Pat doing an interview about Accurascale on the tube. The boy has star quality. Rich,
  25. Thanks for that I wasn't 100% certain if it was 133. Rich,
