Judging by the cut throat shennanigans going on over there between Truss and Sunak, "loyalty" does not seem to be a concept that people are familiar with.
Like I said before you crowd in your Dundrum headquarters are really no benefit in the EU/UK spat at the moment. Now we will have accusations of "see how the EU continue to surrepticiously creep over our borders and give us great value. " Would you crowd ever leave off for a bit.
A bit of info on the DART.

I remember Guinness boats. I seem to recall them panted blue and had girls names. Then again I remember the Guinness train system with the tracks embedded in the cobble stones. You never knew when one would appear. Probably would not be allowed to have a system on public roads like that now.
I think part of the delay has been caused by Paddy Murphy wanting to model 224 in it's present incarnation as above. He is trying to get the damage right....
It is perfectly obvious what caused this damage. The damage occured bang smack in the area where you hold the loco when putting it on the track. Someone was putting this on the track and slipped putting all of the weight on the hand holding the loco and pushing it downwards. Seems there was a bulletin issued in Inchicore telling staff to be more careful.
The printed detail on the fertiliser wagon states "tare weight 40 tons" (the real thing not the model). This seems heavy for empty stock especially as the load to be carried is given as 48 tons on the side of the model. I know they were substantial bits of hardwear but I did not think they were coming in at 40 tons unladen.
Don't know why you bothered to fix the squeaking from the bogies as the real yokes squealed a lot. It saved someone fitting a decoder and speaker to the wagon to get that authentic squeaks and squeals!

So continuing with the "Wind in the Willows" theme, I presume the "TOAD" brake van will be next
There is a photo of one in it's cellophane wrapping in the "Interesting Photo" section. You can see it being manouvered prior to being encased in its foam, and then its plastic sleeve and then placed in its card board box.
