  1. Top class work, a masterclass in scratch building, love the whole look of it.The finishing touch with the lighting is perfect, not too bright which sometimes can be hard to get right
  2. Thoroughly enjoyed the scenes from Tara Junction throughout 2017 Noel. It's a fabulous layout and look forward to future updates in the new year.
  3. Nice work Eamonn, turned out very well.
  4. Fantastic build, love the method you used on the roof it's very effective.
  5. Some lovely shots there, great to see the GM's lined up together, a rare sight nowadays.

  7. Nice work on the baseboards' Tony, plenty of storage space there also.It must be a great feeling to finally have them completed and get cracking on laying some track.
  8. Cracking work Noel.Flawless paintjob as always
  9. Agree totally PJR.The amount of material lost in the workbench and layout sections alone is extremely annoying.

  14. Nice work Eamonn very tidy. The chunkier buffers from Dart make a big difference.I have a couple of these myself which I've to get around to building so I'm following this with interest
  15. Absolutely stunning piece of work.A master class in scratch building from start to finish, love the weathering especially around the exhaust's it just takes the model to another level. You should be very proud of producing something to such a high standard.
  16. Very impressive work Noel, really enjoying watching this progress. Can't wait to see this when it's finally finished.
  17. Nice work on the skeletal flats Noel, the Bell's will look great sitting on them. You've the right idea working on a few projects at the same time, its good to have the option to go back and forth, working on the same thing for long periods becomes repetitive and you can end up loosing interest.
  18. A welcome addition Des.I'd certainly be interested.
  19. Looking forward to future updates, always interesting to watch a layout progress from the beginning.Best of luck with it
  20. Excellent Noel, love it
  21. Top tip Noel very handy. And its a good excuse for when the other half asks why I'm drinking so much wine
  22. I have to admit I was never a big fan of the beets and was always in two minds whether to start a rake or not, but their really beginning to grow on me of late especially since watching you working away on them over the last few weeks Robbie.I think I'll definitely be adding them to the "to do" list in the near future.
  23. Not bad at all Noel considering it was just a bit of fun, looks very well.Keep them coming I'd love to see a full circuit of the layout.
