  1. Nice work. You've really captured that heavily weathered look from the 90's.
  2. Get this thread back on topic, before it's beyond saving
  3. Have to admit, I have a soft spot for the 2600. I'd definitely invest in a few sets.
  4. Phrasing, BOOM!
  5. She was. A little weird looking too, if I remember correctly.
  6. It would be great to see at least one carrying it's original IE livery. Here's a couple of shots I got of 216, back in April. To be honest, it could do with a lick of paint. I've never liked that colour.
  7. Eh, you might want to rephrase that.
  8. Now that you mention it, I do recall a ladder being suggested at one stage...
  9. True. What type of weirdo goes around taking photos of containers? Actually, now that I think about it...
  10. You can try. But, I'm not going there
  11. I think you're mixing me up with someone else...
  12. Eh, let's not.
  13. Definitely passable. The print looks decent enough on them. Pity about the locking bars, but it's not the end of the world.
  14. Love the weathering job on A30. The streaking in particular looks great. I'm guessing @Dempsey got his hands on this?
  15. 1:18 scale SCANIA 143 Streamline
  16. Nice one, Dave. I'm tempted to pick up one more, to go with my 33 and 3600. I have a weakness when it comes to a DAF.
  17. Merry Christmas. And happy modelling throughout 2024.
  18. I hope you're not expecting a response.
  19. Eh, they're toy choo choos. @Noel says so. Playtime!
  20. Lovely stuff @Dempsey. We all get enjoyment from modelling, but there's something extra special when scratch building. I'm really enjoying watching this layout progress. Great work.
  21. He clearly stated that he was looking for a non sound decoder.
  22. Harsh, but deserved
  23. The wall looks great. The colours you've used, work really well together. Brilliant modelling, as always.
