  1. Not much use to us if they are not transported here. Something that crossed my mind one day was, why does C-rail not do 45s?
  2. Here is another ONE, not in Ireland ONE, but it is a Reefer ONE.
  3. I hope the fumes don't go back into the house. check the tops of tables and worktops the next day, you would be surprized, it gets everywhere. You could do it outside on a dry day like I do.
  4. Very nice. Do they open on hinges?

  9. NIR HUNSLET 101 EAGLE This is my Silver fox model of the NIR Hunslet loco 101 EAGLE. It started with the resin body and then I used a Lima 20 class chassis for the power. The Lima chassis was old and only had pickup to one bogie so I managed to get pickups to the other bogie and that helped a lot on the frogs on points. Blue paint was mixed from 2 Humbrol colours M68 & G52. The red/orange stripes were hand painted with more red than orange Hand rails, wipers and foot steps on the front were hand made. I tried to give it a heavy weathered look but didn't want to over do it. Hope you like it. I will start with a photo by J & J Cottrell that they sent to me of the loco at Adelaide which was a big help, and thanks to them for their help.
  10. That looks great well done. When you build something from real life it just looks better than a kit that you will see on other peoples layouts.
  11. Proper track, looks and sounds great. Those 2 guys used to work for me and they did nothing but talk so I let them go. You will get no work out of them.
  12. Grey primer should do nicely and then lots of dirt, they will look great. Happy and safe driving.
  13. Have a look at ID backscenes, I got a couple and they are great. They do a good selection and some can be joined together so the hill height matches.
  14. They did come up with some crazy designs. You could try taking a picture outside in daylight, it would look more natural, I know it's cold out there but it would be nice to see the difference.
  15. Having all the right tools makes life soo much easier.
  16. Very nice models and the paint work is perfect.
  17. Looks very nice sitting on the grass, ready to fly. ============
  18. Totally perfect and the lining would be a tedious job.
  19. Could the pocket be turned to face the other way without hitting the bogie and then attach the coupling.
  20. Lots of space, you can do Belfast to Cork in that space.
  21. Lovely selection, love the Lisburn picture with the old signals. Keep them coming.
  22. Somebody left their luggage behind
  23. Great pictures for anyone thinking of putting one of these together.
  24. I'll have to get one of those. I wonder if I could park it on the road.
  25. That's a good size of a room so you won't have to squeeze it all into a small space. White walls and ceiling will help to soften the light. This will have a lot of interesting scenes in it and it will be nice to see it progress. Good luck.
