  1. They do look pretty light and a good match. They would look good on a coach.
  2. It is very pale but Railtec snails are a little dark and I wish they could do some pale ones. It's up to you, I would put white ones on and dirty them up a bit to take the brightness off them.
  3. A picture of the real thing would help you to see what is needed colour wise and any other detail that needs to be added. Should be nice.
  4. These will be very nice and tiny. A great part of industrial history from the start. And a nice video of Beamish Living Museum, a place I would love to see some day. Good luck with these, not that you'll need it.
  5. I know the feeling. When adverts start I hit the mute button and continue with the internet. BBC2 & BBC4 are better and no Adds. I only put the TV on to watch something and then turn it off.

    B101 LOCO

I think maybe they had to fit the space made for them and could not be turned round to face the other direction.

    B101 LOCO

I came across this picture on eBay of B107 and it shows it with tablet catchers, which I have not seen before and the catchers seem to be back to front compared to other locos.
  8. Most signals like the one above had white spectacle plate in the south but these were red in the north.
  9. I thought that was your workshop.
  10. https://irishrailwaymodeller.com/topic/2449-popeyes-workbench/page/2/ I built one a few years ago. You can take a look at my workbench page 2 and see if that helps. The roof is the tough bit, good luck.
  11. Sorry, I misread that in the specifications.
  12. The wheels on the IRM bogie are 14.4mm and most other manufactures use 12.5mm so this can also increase the height.
  13. Looks like street view, very nice.
  14. Lovely stuff. You have a nice collection of tools which make life a lot easier.
  15. I see the bogies have a bit of a curve, hopefully this will be sorted.
  16. I don't use the little spring piece, and screw the coupling down tight so there is no sideways movement.
  17. Sometimes I cut the coupling where the red line is in the picture and make a new hole where the red spot is. It might keep it away from the axle. I use different methods depending on how much room I have.
  18. Perfect, there's a lot of fiddly detail parts to go on and they take time but they are worth it in the end. I usually keep my couplers nearly level with the buffers and they work fine, it also keeps everything close together.
  19. What's the story about the little building on the platform?
  20. I see the fog in the background still hasn't lifted.
  21. Coming along well, your lucky to have that machinery to help with all that track work.
  22. Looking forward to the next stage
