Hi Patrick,

I stick a large piece of tape on the clear sheet and cut the glazing bars out with a sharp knife, leaving the tape masks over each pane behind.

Hi @Darius43. I use the same method for glazing, but use perspex with "tape" already covering the surface. Cut and paint then. Have to hand it to you though, I am nowhere as precise as you. Need a sharper knife methinks (and a lot more patience).  Yours look great.

Self adhesive address labels do the same thing, though require patience to cut out, leaving the glazing bars behind.

Baseboards arrived from Model Railway Solutions yesterday.  Assembly commenced.

This is the first and largest of the six modules that will make up the layout.

That's looking great. It's a tight fit in the room - but good use of space as long as you can still get to those shelves somehow!
