shes from Bachmann - Spectrum range (never heard of it!) but the label says no 16948 maintenence of way vehicle - ballast vehicle with crane Dcc ready.

They usually deal in HO only and there are several versions of those type of vehicles around , all of which are HO,

Even the Bachmann one is a HO model but sold as OO

Spectrum is their premium (though not always premium in reality) HO range, this and their tamper are American models in HO sold as OO in their British range.

Spectrum is part of Bachmann's US-outline range and as Wrenn says, it's HO scale.

They re-released the tamper in OO too (I think another new release is coming soon) but its the same Spectrum HO version, just a new box.

Quite the bugger to get a decoder into too

 

That said that little vehicle with the crane jib is a half decent running for it's size!
