Garfield Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Scratch built in O gauge Des. Beast doesnt even cover it. Keep getting drawn back to that picture to admire the man's craft. Tell you what, I'd be careful around him as he seems to have other-worldly powers. It looks like he's channeling the spirit of Cyril Fry... Quote

jhb171achill Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Can't wait to see that one finished - a stunning model indeed. Quote
Weshty Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Rivet punch, a good eye, steady hands and a good eye. A GW Models Rivetting tool makes it very straightforward. (Finally) got to use mine recently and was very impressed with it. A good eye still helps though Quote
Horsetan Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 If it's done by who I think did it he goes from scratch. Prolific is the word! He'd be the Irish Guy Williams. Quote

According to the latest gauge o guild circular he's done 461, I'd say it's finished by now. I haven't been able to get to the club rooms due to work commitments but I'm hoping to return in the next few weeks. Quote
