Those pavers are brilliant, you are a man of many talents lad.
-
Top class as usual, enjoy your Christmas telly

Thanks Derek, it took a bit of working out but I'm happy with the outcome, I will give the sides a look of shuttered concrete, I'm unsure of the road edge, stone wall, block wall, steel barrier, post and rail fence, post and wire????? The bridge is the stand out feature for me

More progress, the pictures should tell the story, initial painting is soil and concrete effect before the finish, the embankment is a new addition.

Fabulous work -
Hats off Alan, you have great patience and workmanship.

Ya it was like a big family in the Junction, my dad bought his first house from CIE, a railway cottage beside the station, £65 in 1962, paid for out of the wages, a year later when I was born he got the chance to buy an end cottage with access to the back around the gable, that was £75 and CIE bought the first one back, a great help to the workers.

Ya and the boxing club in the hall (that CIE provided for the community) full, getting ready for the Christmas party for the kids.

Many happy returns Alan, have a good one

Very tasty architecture

It has to look worse before it looks better , first picture is bridge into what will be an industrial area and the other bridge is access to the town and station side.
-
He could probably do that in a couple of hours

Great story lad

Two road bridges planned Derek, one stone bridge and one steel bridge that I got from a decent chap on here 49ish meters of track ballasting is enough for one lifetime
-
Very effective
-
Ballast finished, I'll give the PVA time to set and then vacuum the stray stuff, tomorrow I will start thinking about the background, buildings, roads, bridges, walls, fences etc etc etc, I love holidays

Good start, I would also put the platform behind the lines as Derek said, just an opinion though! Do whatever you want and have fun. -
