Was wondering about that, but since it’s a lifetime guarantee, and IRM / A/S products are unique, it probably wouldn’t make sense to require an invoice.

That’s handy to know. How does one download invoices from the A/S EU platform before it is shut down?

Does that mean that old orders, delivered orders, archived orders, and fulfilled orders will not be migrated, so for our order history, we use the IRM and A/S EU platforms? Or they will be migrated at some stage and the two older platforms will be defunct?

Got these two cheap as they are damaged… Couldn’t say no!

Exactly what I was thinking. This is, I think, the fourth simultaneous thread on the same topic. Have held off logging into my own A/S account for now. Took video of both IRM and A/S accounts pre-merge, using Bandicam. Will wait until A/S announce the move is finished before contacting Support. All of them!!! I understand why some folk may be put off, but I’m over the moon. I’ve wanted an 800 Class for years, and years, and years, but never had the time, energy nor skills to tackle a kit. Working a lot, maybe too much, puts me firmly in the “box opener” and “display case” brigades, but it is what it is. The variety in the hobby keeps it rich. I’ll place an order for one, maybe even two, at the weekend, and they will definitely be highly likely to spend the first twenty years of their lives looking gorgeous and not doing much. We are now considering running a small batch of a Bus Éireann LD resin 1/76 scale kit model and this email is merely to gauge potential orders. Pre-orders are not being taken at this time. DJD Senior received his confirmation email today, so he'll be there. "Ambitious" means that it's an 800 Class (please take my money and kidneys), or a collaboration with Murphy Models and Oxford Rail to bring a train pack containing an 071 loco and Mk3 coaches to the market, or the "ambitious" part is the RPSI loco sitting outside the event on a trailer. Either way, Senior will be there!

It IS handy when things are also shared openly, in some cases, so that people have an idea of what is going on. For both the customers and for A/S, the community is invaluable in that aspect. With A/S and IRM, I think that we can be very sure that there is nothing sinister going on behind the scenes. There’s always a straightforward reason.
