This is what I see, but after a few minutes, the Pre-Order button will appear. Sometimes takes one or two reloads, sometimes five or ten.

IRM Is Sucking Diesel As Fuel Oil Tank Wagon Announced
DJ Dangerous replied to Warbonnet's topic in News
Just keep refreshing the page. It will load eventually. It's like a plug-in or pop-up or one of those widget things, appears after the other ones like the chat and rewards have loaded. -

It sounds like that would require a newly tooled chassis: I'm sure we'll see them eventually. -

Don't be so rigid bodied, no need to put a filler cap on the puns just yet. That was a greasy one, sorry. Also woefully Esso-teric. -

Sucking Hell, this will loosely-brake the bank, I'm oilready in the red! EDIT: How does one pre-order? Clicking the green doesn't do anything, and there's no black button as with previous pre-orders: -

Get somebody to record it for you using Bandicam or a similar program: https://www.bandicam.com/ Fabulous piece of software. -
That's where the Canary Islands get even more interesting. For banking and finance, the Canaries follow Spanish law, so comply with the EU. Taxation here is legendary, and one of the reasons the mind boggles every time a British family without a word of Spanish between them decides to uproot, sell up, quit the jobs in Tesco, and open a bar here... You have four different bodies collecting tax; the local county councils (31 counties in Tenerife alone), the government (cabildo) of each island, the Canarian government and the Spanish government. Imagine trying to comply with the requirements of all four! It's not easy, believe me. You also have insitutionalized racism. Many (not all) Spanish view the Canarios as a lesser people, beneath them, who should be treated as such. The Canarian accents are mercilessly mocked online, the Madrileños being particularly fierce in this area. There are many stories of Canarian business people flying first class without checked-luggage, as there is such a high probability of their luggage going missing or being damaged when they land in Madrid. Anyhow, I digress, it all adds up to a very colourful life! Stolen from Wikipedia:

And therein lies the problem. The Canary Islands are not part of the EU for customs nor tax. They're an autonomous region of Spain with their own rules on taxation and customs. Any online purchases that come from outside the islands, be it Ireland, Spain, Germany, the UK or wherever, have to be "imported" and a valid customs declaration is required. An Post seem to have a massive massive problem understanding this, and it's exhausting dealing with them, never mind the frustration of having parcels re-sent over and over until An Post get it right. The jobsworths up in Madrid don't help. Forget to cross a "t" or dot an "i" on your CN23 and they'll reject your parcel up there, it won't get within 1,792km of the islands. It does teach you patience, though... I'll receive my NIR coach packs when everybody else is receiving their IR packs! Still, at least there's something to look at while being patient.

The item is small, the price is small or the run quantity is small? Like a bus would be small, or a Dutch Van would be small... -
DJD Senior has just landed with a care package! Thanks to @skinner75 for the two locos, the IRM lads for finding some Dickie Tara's for him, and probably @WRENNEIRE for the three Mk2D's and the hand-painted Mk3 buffet, which I'm guessing DJD Senior bought from him at one of the shows. He's been hoarding stuff for me the last few years, and has more to bring down in October.

Love the ITG style packaging! Think that the IRM lads are for more present on RMW than here the past year or two, bigger market so probably demands a lot more attention. I missed Colin's post, will go have a look for it, now. With three of the current four IRM buses about to sell out, it feels like it MUST be time for another bus announcement! So, who's taking bets on the liveries? Where's that @warb fellow with his shots of obscure liveries?

I see that one of the two Coastal Tours buses, the 14A, is down to the last seven units in stock! The RV496 must have quite a few units available, as there's no stock counter displaying. Maybe @BosKonay can confirm, but the "Remaining Units" start displaying once there are less than 75 unit savailable? That's some collection! They must be massive alongside other 1:18 stuff. Available in both O Gauge (1:43) from Altaya, as well as 1:18, what a beast.

Just had a quick flick through this thread. Kept meaning to do so and kept forgetting. The concept, the idea, is just fabulous, and the shed itself looks brilliant. It genuinely looks like an abandoned wagon sitting in your garden! My only fears would be about protecting the models inside from the elements. It's been a long time since I've experienced it first-hand, but I still remember what Ireland is like for damp. It seems to creep in everywhere and anywhere, the damp and the cold both compounding each other, taking advantage of the tiniest slivers to penetrate anywhere! Some of the posts in the thread are a bit too technical for me, go whooshing way over my head, but the bottom line is, I hope that your models will be OK! I guess it would be kind of funny if they weren't, and you decided to move them back into the house - then you could put your hand on your heart and tell visitors that it genuinely IS abandoned, without having to lie! Being serious, though, how is it likely to turn out from a weather-proofing aspect, long term?

I think that you've just hit the nail on the head, albeit slightly evasively. Values don't need to be monetary or economic, but it may very well be that as people get richer, and quicker, they find it more and more difficult to value anything from a non-monetary perspective. And the inability to value things goes hand in hand with diminishing virtues. Then we spiral downward, vanishing virtues and values, into vices and vitriol. Boom, love this! Absolutely perfect, for almost every challenge we come across, whether generational or interpersonal. So easy to forget in the moment, yet so crucial!
