I contacted them when they first mentioned they were producing a new Mk 3 I think it was about this time last year I asked if they would do a run of Irish Mk 3's They said they were looking at the possibility of producing a kosher Irish coach I asked them to keep me informed but I have heard nothing back :confused:

DC Noel but I will have it running on DCC soon The IR livery was used on 3 sets that were leased from NIR with a view to buying them They ran on the Bray Greystones , Connolly Maynooth & Cork Cobh lines as precursors to the Mk 3 Push Pulls from 1987 till 1990

We at the MRSI attended a fund raising day last year in Ballyglunin It was a wet and miserable day and the numbers attending were not great but those that did attend were very passionate about the restoration project To that effect we took a lot of pics and measurements and hope to build a model of this historical station to be presented to the committee when finished Scale it yet to be decided but it will most likely be a static display in 00 or N
