  8. Time for a some live steam news. We've added the Accucraft ‘KATHLEEN’ & ‘LADY EDITH’ Cavan & Leitrim 4-4-0T to the website for pre-orders! These distinctive 4-4-0s will be 15mm scale Live steam and come with all the features now expected from a Accucraft Model. Available in 6 options, you can register your interest by using the form attached to the webpage! Kathleen/Lady Edith - https://shop.bowatersmodels.co.uk/collections/accucraft-pre-orders/products/accucraft-kathleen-lady-edith-cavan-leitrim-4-4-0t-pre-order Now onto the more interesting one, we're doing market research regarding the possible production of 1 (hopefully 2) live steam engines in Gauge One! Both for Northern Counties Committee Prototypes. These being the NCC WT and NCC W Classes. Both would be available in prototypical liveries and would be fully working miniature steam engines in 1:32 scale. There is no pricing yet as we're only at the research stage at this time. However we will state Rolling Stock for these is already in development and will be out later in 2023. For more information and to register interest, please visit the link below! And before anyone comments, yes we know the W Class picture is of number 4. Trying to get licensable W class photographs is surprisingly hard. 17. Never thought about it but he is right, the NEM coupling is really the only universal thing exclusive to models and not the real thing. I actually this people would like this for there model rooms! When are we getting a massive Kadee coupling then…
  18. I’ve been looking for a copy of this book as obviously it seems like a useful tool for modelling purposes particularly West Cork. I purchased the GSWR one on accident after being told they were “the same book but expanded”. Obviously this isn’t the case. Just in case anyone has any surplus to requirements thanks
  19. IRM is making us cement our eras! tbf say if you exclusivly model CIE-IE of those new announcements only 3-5 should be IE…with room for stuff newer and stuff older (maybe a CB&SCR 4 wheel coach withdrawn during the emergency ) and now NIR modeling is getting a larger base. There is a few people who want/can afford overlapping lots of era’s or every era but that isn’t most people
  20. Don’t mind me doing sacrilegious acts to this brand new fert wagon all I need is another white pack of pallets and I’ll be all good to go
  21. I think so. Now I think I’ve seen photos of 6 wheel coaches but my mind could easily be tricking me. Could have even been an Ex 6 wheeler turned 4 wheeler Went looking on flicker out of curiosity and sooner found a bandon tank pushing a Black and Tan laminate coach with 2nd class written on the doors and a bandon tank shunting a UTA coach before I found anything other then short bogeys in the courtmac section
