    Hi Heirflick, Those are hand operated points and in some circumstances they can be trailed through by locomotives etc without causing any damage,they are not connected to any CTC or signalling system,but are normally operated by the shunter.

    Another useful addition to the coach fleet at Tara Junction is the new tri-axle irizar in Eurolines livery-seen here with two other VPs in Eurolines livery- All will be starting on a new Tara Junction-London route over the next few weeks....

    Yes Vincent,after having a chat and a pint with the fleet controller the specials for next weekend on Tara Jctn will possibly be 4x2600, 6 piece push/pull 4 piece 29000, 8 Cravens and two steam heating vans., 4 piece Executive train for the victorious Mayo team.

    Yes Stephen, I removed the ploughs-an easy enough job, then just shape some Miliput to fill the gap....and EM50 is the result.
