  1. Amazing Bren. I can imagine the nights of sore eyes, tiredness, to get to this level. Model buildings and structures to that level are one of the most trying aspects of the hobby to get right and takes ages of trial and error. You are at the top level Sir. Rich,
  2. Delighted that the project has reached this point. Exciting times. Rich
  3. That's fantastic news lads. I will support this myself and order more. Rich,
  4. Good news Fran. I'm really looking forward to these and further releases. Rich,
  5. Same age as the 071's ?. I am glad you had a good one. Rich
  6. Wow Bren truly amazing. Heuston is one of the most impressive railway terminus buildings in the world and you are doing it justice. I love the star wars stuff also. The force is definitely with you my friend.
  7. Excellent things are moving fast. It good to see the weld seams as they tended to get hidden by the cement and grime. The hatch on the roof is looking good. Really looking forward to these. Rich
  8. For the first test that looks great. It's nice to see that all the hours and effort have really paid off. Rich,
  9. Cheers Fran looking forward to it. Rich,
  10. I have to admire IRM's desire to get this right Richie. It is very much appreciated to see this level of R&D being done and the willingness from IRM to share. Rich,
  11. Brilliant George, a fantastic finish of a wonderful kit. Those tension locks do need to go though. Rich,
  12. Thanks George that's an amazing model. The interior detail looks stunning from the photos I have seen. Rich,
  13. I traveled on that lovely railway to see the wheel at Laxey. Terrible shame and as has been mentioned lucky no one was injured. Rich,
  14. Just as an aside if time permits a few pics would be appreciated. TIA Rich,
  15. Were they limited to one per customer or as many as you would like. The pic also looks familiar. Rich,
  16. Tooling looks impressive Fran, imagine trying to do it with a milling machine. Look forward to more updates on these and the bubbles. Rich,
  17. Smashing shots Fran especially the flats. Looking forward to more and thanks for posting. Rich,
  18. Top work George. The plough van is a lovely kit and the finished model looks fantastic. Hope you are keeping well George and how is the portakabin working out as a workshop. Rich,
  19. Exactly Fran what's here today is tomorrows history, and yes a rake of them would be fantastic. They are a beautiful wagon, one of my own personal favorites. Rich,
  20. Very nice work on the Parkside kit's Flange. Nothing like a bit of kit bashing. Rich,
  21. Lovely photos and all the right way up, fair play to you for sticking with it. These threads are very important as are the photos, and fully appreciated. I've always said that we must photograph the contemporary scene as it will be history sooner than we think. The cement bubble is clean enough to see the seams in the panels. I had forgotten that the ladders were also orange. Rich,
  22. Alan Gibson will produce 28mm axles without wheels. However you have to buy the P4, EM or standard wheels on 26mm axles, remove them and fit them to the 28mm axles. Rich,
  23. A Hoover in large logo blue always does it for me. Mind you I prefer a 37, 40, 47, Deltic, etc in all over blue. Rich,
  24. I'll take your word Ed, it's good enough for me. Rich,
  25. I agree Fran the FIA Trains twins are amazing and are on a level of their own compared to the other two mentioned. Rich,
