  1. Another batch of wagons are now on the bench. This time around, it's my 12 gypsum's along with 3 more ballast hoppers. Spent the last couple of evenings highlighting some of the smaller details. Loads have also been removed for some cosmetic work. Wagons will eventually be weathered. When, is anyone's guess.
  2. Really looking forward to this. Always an enjoyable day out, and with the added bonus of having 112 on duty.
  3. Apologies, hadn't been on, so completely missed your post. I see you got sorted anyway.
  4. Cheers, Rich. Bit of soft spot for 220 myself, so she was always going to be first in line to get a little bit of a makeover. Yep, fantastic kits and an absolute gent to deal with.
  5. Ditto!!!
  6. Love it. Less is more, as they say.
  7. It's the perfect backdrop! Now, that's what you call a proper man cave. I can just imagine having that sitting behind me, while doing a few bits at the workbench. Jasus, Mrs.B would never see me. She'll be grand, nothing a little TLC won't sort. Have to admit, I like that larger yellow panel on the cabs.
  8. Class 201 no.220 Weathering has been kept to a minimum, with the exhaust and underside carrying most of the grime. I have also fitted a driver.
  9. Really like that coupling setup, nice work. I seem to remember Richard at Everard Junction doing something similar a few years back.
  10. Nope. They claimed I was being unreasonable when negotiating my fee.
  11. Are you on some sort of commission or bonus scheme from IRM?
  12. A little hit and miss with me recently. Some were coming through, some were going straight to spam. Yes, Tara Junction has stopped completely, and I've also noticed the same problem with Dugort Harbour.
  13. Same here. I'm now not receiving notifications for Tara Junction, and when I did they were going straight to my spam. Likewise, with anything else I'm following.
  14. Great choice of wagon to model, Robert. They'll look the business when finished.
  15. Yep, building up some credit with "her indoors" Your obviously speaking from experience!
  16. Rule 1 applies no matter what. It's a hobby, and it should be enjoyed. Not be bound by certain rules.
  17. Unfortunately not. This weekend has been set aside for some work that needs doing in the house. I'll get to it eventually, I've heard nothing but good about it.
  18. The little 20 footers look great mixed with the bogies.
  19. Cracking layout. I always enjoy a video from Past-Avenue.
  20. Love it! Has that look of a spring evening, when bordering on dark, but with that hint of light still in the sky.
  21. Brilliant stuff, popeye. Very impressive.
  22. Looks right at home, Noel. Delighted with my pair, definitely one of my favourite releases to date.
  23. Fair point, my mistake.
  24. I take it from this, you've some sort of issue with what I suggested to do if the cab wasn't moving. No damage was caused to the lamp irons, or any other part of the model, and I certainly wouldn't suggest something to another member on here which I hadn't tried myself, or could result in causing damage to their model.
