  11. Extending unfortunately isn't an option Seamus, as these two sidings are tucked in between the terminus throat and mainline... but I hear you on the walkway.... Maybe a small fueling / cleaning point would look better here... not sure there is anything with raised walkways in the prototype anyway...

  15. I wonder what the expected life would be, out of interest? If you were running an automated display, for example, at what point would the locos 'keel over' barring routine maintenance and care... Wonder what 'special tweaks' the lads at the likes of Miniatur Wunderland use..

  17. Welcome mytrains! If you can resize the image by 25% or so, it should squeeze under the 2MB limit Irish steam is one thing, in N is quite another indeed!!!

  19. Lovely selection of stuff, tho very little modern image for my liking! Couple of lovely new HST rakes tho, and the addition of lighting as standard looks interesting, as does the 25 pound DCC sound options...
  20. Apples can be 'wierd' about orientation, I find if you put the phone sideways / landscape mode, then the pics come out the right way up
  21. Cheers lads. Yep I plan to paint and weather the slab. Once settled into the ballast will help too. I'm loving the lights. It was well enough lit but a bit dim up there. Now I can see what I'm doing! Is highly recommend the LEDs.
