  1. Absolutely stunning Walter! You should share a few 'master classes' with how-to's and what 'bits' you have used to such great effect - might bump up sales! The mud on the farm one - is that clay? Looks stunningly effective!
  2. Just gorgeous Anthony! Any video?
  3. You read it first here http://irishrailwaymodeller.com/showthread.php/2337-The-RPSI-goes-back-to-1991-to-see-Moone-Boy
  4. Use parcelmotel.com - pay €3.50 to pick it up from your local 'motel' and get free postage from the seller

  9. I've been working on the little terminus station and cement works on the viaduct branch (literally have it in bits beside my as I 'work' the day job ) It's almost done... have some lighting to install, wiring to hide and a few details to add to the interior, and I'll do a proper 'catch up' and maybe even try to run something!
  10. http://Http://YouTube.com/mccarronfamily should find what's there tho it's pretty limited and sorely overdue an update!
  11. I think choice of era is all about a nostalgic desire to recreate our memories. For me modeling 121 powered push pulls and As and 071s on mark 2s and cravens is 'my era'. Long live the Orange train
  12. I've an 071 flagged for cab light surgery... Want to try a lower lumens warm white led in there...

  14. Fair play Noel, some very interesting insights.
  15. Interesting... in theory the site will only 'forget' you if you change IP address.... perhaps some of you are on mobile operators or ISP's that change IP's about a little too often... I've 'move to vBulletin 5 suite' on my todo for a while now, will try to set aside some time and sheckels to make it happen
  16. You're a lucky lucky boy! Stunning layout and great shed to keep her in Roll on the running videos please
  17. thats the one! thanks Kirley!
  18. nice one lads!
  19. Any alternatives?
  20. Sorry to drag up an old thread, but were the warning lines on all terminii? I 'think' UK practice is not to have them on a terminus (branch, or main line..()
  21. This +1
  22. Continuing the theme of progress on the layout, no matter how small, I tweaked a little Bachmann 'Kiosk' with lighting, some signage and a CCTV monitor. It will be the security hut on the gate of the as yet un-named cement works... Just need to find a suitably disinterested looking lad in a hi-vis now
