Hi thump, There's always a little resistance on the 071 cab when removing it first time. I have opened up 3 or 4 of mine recently to fit drivers or swap body shells. If you gently tilt the cab back and forth it will eventually loosen itself, but be very careful not to push it too far forward or you risk causing damage to the base of the cab.

Deadly. A Chopper!

Understandable, she's definitely a looker

Yes, both are quite similar in a way. One overall colour, with the yellow panel standing out.

That livery is way outside my era of interest, but I have to admit there's something very attractive about it.

It's been a while. Always good to see an update from Fingal County. 036 is looking right at home.

Very impressive setup. Great space too.

Ah yes, the infamous 'not good enough' comment. I'd forgotten about that. It's the gift that keeps on giving

Realism at it's best. The Junction never disappoints.

Stunning. Love everything about this layout. Tara's look great in the siding.

The Mk2's look great behind the A.

Sounds about right.

Boy racer or midlife crisis, Dave. Or is it both

Oh, that's tasty.

Is it the current livery you are referring to? If so, its yellow.

Fantastic shot. Love it.

Lovely stuff. Always nice to see these old gems from MIR popping up on a workbench.

I have no interest in steam whatsoever if I'm honest. Even so, that's a great job.
-
Standout shot for me. Seriously impressive, as always.

Very nice layout. Really like the container yard.

Looks the business, Noel. Highlights all that fantastic detail below the bodyshell. Looking forward to giving my own the same treatment.
