It is very well written, I agree! It must have been someone with an interest in railways, to know so much about the stock and stuff they were banging on about!

That kinda suits the concorde! I think if there were to be a train version of the paint scheme, it'd be like the ie orange layout, but with white main bit, green stripe at window level instead of the black, and black lining

I've just had an idea! Maybe someone on here who is good with photoshop could try to mock up a carriage in 'aer lingus' livery? Just for the fun of it

I like crackpot ideas, and that sir, is the best one i've heard since lunch. I'll see what i can rustle up! Cravens with two tone green? And a lick of blue?

Just looked into this and it's written in the writer's personal drafting area, as opposed to being published and searchable on the main Wikipedia site. He probably just wrote it for his own amusement and didn't intend for it to be discovered like this.

Ahh that would explain why in the editing history, when it was deleted, he had it back up in a shot....

Des, have you been going around doing this guy's job?

God Bless Ryanair

they saved many jobs after 9/11

mine included

:tumbsup:

Indeed. They flew me 1,000 miles to Prague, and back, for £12:00 - it cost me £11:70 to go the 30 miles to the airport, and it took longer..

Yes Brothie its a pity they cant get into some main airports in europe

wont be long though and hopefully prices will drop

on another note this dreamliner aint doing too good

in the papers again today { a cracked windscreen on an internal flight in japan }

share prices dropping daily

i wonder will Virgin and B A pull out of the purchase contracts

its not looking good after all the faults { fuel leaks, engine probs, fire in aux genny etc etc }

:((

Some pictures of rolling stock in airline livery. Guilford corporation, a regional railroad in New England aquired the rights to the Pan Am name and soon began repainting its stock. I remember my bewilderment the first time I saw one of these boxcars!
