I was wondering the same thing! If it was 071 on the 40th anniversary of the large GMs I'd get it but don't get the significance of 161 & 171.

I also remember seeing a hearse in Roosky with the reg RIP 1, however RIP was never issued by the county

I think IP was a Tipperary registration, so that hearse must have been originally bought there.
