New section/What's happening on the network
Rob replied to Flying Scotsman 4472's topic in What's happening on the network?
Nice catch -
Just wondering based on the different sets available here, the lnter City 'Bowling Ball' would be first chronologically in 2007?
-
Would the date order below be reasonably accurate as regards the different options? - Inter City branding with Bowling Ball set Numbering (2007 - 2008/9????) - lnter City branding with Individual Numbering (2008/9??? - 2013) - Irish Rail branding (2013 - ????) - lrish Rail branding with blue doors etc (???? - current day)

Looks great- esp the black roof Mark II's

085 heads up the liner waiting at Heuston North freight yard before going to Ocean Pier after earlier arriving from Ballina. 201 idles in a siding.
-
Welcome along Always great to have new blood showing an interest in model railways- even better if it is the 'Orange & Black' era too!! Good advice above- your available space, budget, era you want to model, passenger/freight, and level of accuracy all can dictate what you can get. @WRENNEIRE is definitely a good place to start! Best of luck in the project too

The signals look great- rare to see decent 'authentic' semaphore ones
-

-
Good plan and good progress on it, in just a short week You like a 'green' container
