All about priorities... So are the 27B and the Brian Collins PB Expressway for sale???
-
Different description to the first one, though. That one was PO-01. These two are PO and PO-02. And there are two instead of one. Maybe they were listed together but not published as Hattons are trying to tease out the spending... Ooh, an Irish coach for the same price as a loco, I'll buy that! I want more, but there is only one, so I'll buy some oher junk instead... Then a few days later... Oooooh, another Irish coach, but only two this time, I'll buy some more junk at the same time!

The Cement Bubbles seem to be a very popular wagon. Any plans for another run of them? I meant to post this photo early this year, when I was trying to get some sort of display together for my Bubbles, but...

I should have thanked @murphaph properly for these two beauties, but I'm just not that pleasant a person. These were hand-delivered, which just goes to show the level of dedication that @murphaph has to his craft, specially for anybody who knows geography... Lovely looking little vans... Just need some nice IRM Mk2 B/C coaches to run with them!

Thread merge alert!
-
I hate you! I'll be lucky to have mine by March!
-
Those boxes must be VERY good if they add £60 onto the price!
-
I wasn't mad on the prototype, but the models look lovely. Hopefully a few pre-ordered Caledonian coaches go unwanted, too!
-
Six of these available on the IRM site at the moment: https://irishrailwaymodels.com/collections/vehicles/products/irizar-i6-bus-eireann-expressway-tri-axle-coach-route-x8-dublin-airport Painful to see while mine are still in transit. Oh, the joys of living outside the EU!

Will any of the UK stock be available on the IRM website?

Two more splendidly priced SuperTrain Mk2Ds just gone live: https://www.hattons.co.uk/1109261/murphy_models_mm5224_po_mk2d_so_second_open_5224_in_cie_supertrain_livery_pre_owned_very_good_box/stockdetail https://www.hattons.co.uk/1109263/murphy_models_mm5224_po02_mk2d_so_second_open_5224_in_cie_supertrain_livery_pre_owned_very_good_box/stockdetail

I think the 071's would look good in black with gold bands!
-
Topic already done to death in March, here:
-
@Warbonnet posted there a few days ago that it would not be this side of Christmas. You'll find that in the NIR coach thread, I think.
-
How is that still for sale???
-
One of the fuzzy line ones? I thought that the fuzzy line batch had odd numbers and the re-sprays had even numbers? Crazy Cravens still available, but probably not for long. https://www.hattons.co.uk/1027808/murphy_models_mm1149_po05_irish_cravens_1st_class_coach_in_original_livery_pre_owned_very_good_box/stockdetail

This thread should be renamed and stickied like the eBay and Bargain threads. Something like the "Hattons Pricing For Suckers" thread. https://www.hattons.co.uk/1109262/murphy_models_mm5224_po01_mk2d_so_second_open_5224_in_cie_supertrain_livery_pre_owned_very_good_box/stockdetail £99 STG for a coach!

Time to dust off the Scalextric cars and buy some gauge 1 track for the 071.
-
My prediction is that it will be awesome. Doesn't matter what it is. My ideal would be an 800, but whatever it is, IRM have shown the level of quality and detail that can be expected, so it's gonna be awesome. I'm a bit impatient so I even have a Manor ordered, as a sort of preview of IRM steam.
-
As @MOGUL says, let's see if it appears on John Paul's eBay page in a few days.

Hattons are OFF THE RAILS with their Irish pricing. Usually stupidly expensive but I picked up a 141 from them yesterday for £77. Think that the VAT price was £93, just under the price for the third of the three £95 Cravens, but that's not important, VAT is for chumps anyway. Just before the three £95 Cravens, they had one for £30 something. Might have been two months beforehand. They tend to have a few Irish items at stupid prices, then one at a good price, then repeat...

It has sold! Think IRM may need to get their own 071 / 111 on the shelves before the 800 if they're going for those kind of prices!
