I hope there will be an announcement at the Oct show.
They would compliment the baby GMs released so far, and would be of interest to a lot more people, as they cover such a large period of time.
I for one will be buying a couple of each livery variation that is released
4x Jouef Mk3 coaches from Rails of Sheffield, may be of use to someone here. They are the 8 window type

That Shapeways 121 & detailing pack looks really crisp, although the pics are only of a rendered one.
Anyone try one of them yet, and if so, what donor did you use (preferably a dcc ready one)?
Mind boggling the stats, from numbers carried - 2 million per day, to deaths - 9 per day. Excellent punctuality stats too - 95~98%.
Next week they are going to be looking at per way maintenance & also the new stock coming into service.
Well worth the watch!
Great job on it alright!
Now imagine a pair of 121s back to back in that scale... drool!!
Who knows, when I have my workshop built up, I may just get some steel sheet, and take a loan of my dads mig welder...
Great job so far Ray! Love the idea of dropping the level of the river down - coupled with the hill in the corner, it really breaks up the flatness of that section of layout
You say yawn to driving a loco with an amazing setup like yer mans, then you post up a flight sim?!?! Probably the most boring thing, after a 'watching paint dry' sim! Ooh - hours of sitting there watching clouds go by - how exciting!!
