I wonder if there will be much demand for a short lived, incomplete livery? I think a run of 201's in the completed Enterprise livery would be enough to satisfy demand. Maybe I'm wrong.....
Just wondering here.... are the corrected Supertrain Mk 2's unsold stock that was returned and repainted, or a brand new batch
Either way, it's good to see that Paddy has taken action, and rectified the situation...
I got mine from the RPSI just before Christmas. Great book, with some lovely photos and information. A second edition with freight trains would be nice!

What are people's opinion on the two vertical creases beneath the centre windscreen? I think they need to be sanded down. From what I can see, the Sulzers had a gentle curve on the front panel..
I can highly recommend this to you, or anyone who wishes to avoid pop up ads. Just one click, and it's working on your PC or device, and works away unnoticed after that.

It's hard to imagine that a modern vehicle of any description could have faults like that. It sounds like the modern day farm tractor is built to a higher standard. Draughts entering the cab, and doors flying open shouldn't be accepted in this day and age. Not to mention a poor driving position, with all the focus there is these days on preventing workplace injuries and general workplace standards.
What's the procedure when someone accidentally sets off the alarm in the bog? Are you supposed to stop the train to attend to their needs?
It doesn't look so small at all when you see it drawn out like that. How limiting would the first radius curve be? Would a MM 201 get around on it, for instance?
I'm not sure, but you might just get a first and second radius curve onto a three foot board. Google 'second radius curve'. It should tell you what width you need for it..
What locos and rolling stock do you have? Those tighter curves are more suited to shorter stock...
Yes, that's true. I think the biggest problem is the short length of Irish locos compared to UK locos. The choice of chassis that will fit, or can be easily modified to fit, is very limited.
