Just announce those 80 Class DEMU’s! You know it makes sense! -
Yes static grass. I’m sorry I can’t really give you details as my modelling gear is currently all packed up other than it was from the WWS grass range. It’s available on eBay.

The only way I found to avoid problems with the kadee magnets was to hinge them and motorised them up and down as uncoupling required. If you watch the attached video link from about 4 minutes and 5 seconds you will see what I mean.

Looks fantastic. Well done.

Simply fantastic looking -
I have only ever dealt with Charlie at a few shows. Usually the stall is queued out and over a very short space of time answers endless questions. On asking any questions you get swift, no bull answers, take it or leave it. His style maybe different but you can’t please all of the people all of the time. Happy show customer. Never tried a mail order transaction.

Q3. Looks like Lisburn

Well the layout is stripped and Ballyercall is officially closed. Thanks for all the positive feedback and comments over the years. Happy new year to everyone. Here’s a few images from the last couple of days of operation.

Well the end has arrived. Here’s a rather long video of trains coming and going at Ballyercall. There might be one more video and then it’s box it up time.

MM121 POWER CUT OUT ISSUES
NIRCLASS80 replied to johnfromoz's question in DCC, Electrics and Electronics
ESU sound decoders can have a current overload set to operate. I would remove the decoder, refit the blanking plate and try on standard DC. See if the motor runs hot or if the loco runs significantly slower than you would expect. It sounds more like a faulty motor than anything else. -
