  1. Just stick them on, it will always look wrong if you don't. I thought my silver fox ones looked ok.
  2. That looks much better but it does need a bit of variation in colours.
  3. WOW Noel that looks fantastic and sounds great too. Loved it pulling into the station. More please.
  4. They look nice but will need a lot of weathering, good luck.
  5. that's a good job on the G616,very neat.
  6. Should the round yellow hand wheels all be on the same side or does it not matter?
  7. I was thinking that if the bogie sides were moulded from resin then maybe you could attach the front axle to the bogie sides instead of the brass bracket.
  8. Beautiful video,it all looks so real even the sound.
  9. Looks great. with or without container.
  10. that looks good so far. why did you change the w irons from the originals ones?
  11. Both models look super,i like your paintwork and the video of the 121 sounds great.
  12. I was at the Bangor show today, great to meet the boys. Picked up my Ballast wagons, they are amazing, the detail is unbeatable. Well done to all four of you and we can all look forward to many more great models.=D=D=D
  13. This is looking great.I like the orange band with the step. If you paint the small round windows with satin black or satin varnish it would look more like glazing.
  14. Thank God, i was starting to get worried. :dancing::dancing:
  15. A neat job,it will be nice when finished.
  16. Plasticard is just 10 thou, very thin and hard to cut. You need a sharp knife.
  17. thank's for all your comments. The checker plate embossed sheet came from slaters,i think.
  18. They look the part, hope the hand brakes are on.
  19. PLASSER TAMPER No 5 UPDATE A few more pic's of the plasser tamper. I have put on all the cab sides, floors, side grills and cut out 25 windows. Now all the fine details need to be added. Can't wait to get some paint on it.
  20. There is a lot to do to this kit to ring it up to a good standard. I got the brass etch and only used the round fan grill. I'm still trying to glaze it and the motor i got with it was so bad, i put in a Black Beetle which runs very well. Good luck, it will be nice when finished i'm sure.
  21. The moulds look good. Bubbles are always a problem and getting the mix ratio right. I am using resin 3 years old and it still works.

Thanks. This was posted 4 years ago, Time flies. Now that the ballast wagons are on their way i will need to build another ploughvan.
  23. Great pictures, very realistic.
  24. Sad to see the 80 Class being scrapped. Are any of these going to be kept?
