That looks very like a white line and black roof to me and if my eyes are not gone bad altogether that looks like a broken circle on the side of the loco!!!!!
My wish would be the early 42' round buffers , ride control bogie hauled by a black and tan A class with some of Leslie's 20' CIE containers as per the picture below.
Yes these would be a good basis for a fert wagon , for the early 1970's round buffers and ride control bogies would have been more common and if C Rail did a B&I container it would be the business.
Yes , memory can be strange they would have started appearing in 1971 they would not have been common here's a link to a picture of some on the B&I liner with a black and tan 121 from the O'Dea collection

Noel , the first 42' wagons went into traffic in 1971 on the B&I liner between Dublin -Cork , so would be seen hauled by B201's and B121's its a pity C rail don't do a B&I container , the only detail difference was they had round buffers the square appeared later .
The two white stripes were introduced in 1987 with setting up of Irish Rail the prior to this Cravens would have carried the single 6"white stripe since there introduction in 1964 .
Kit bashing a BSK is one thing ( as you have done Noel) but kit bashing a BCK is major job , what about brass overlays and cover over the one door as the RPSI have done .
No problem , I got them in 2016 .It would be great if Studio Scale Models did an overlay of the MK2C FO which would do IE 4103 ,4104, 4105,4106,4107 also Mk2B Fk overlay which would do 4109 4401,4402 and 4112 (which was a MK2C Fk)
I got them from Ermine models in the UK don't know if they are still about here's a link via RM web http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/107085-ermine-models-mk2c-etched-sides/
Cheers Paul yes working on another Mk2a FK 4114, I am also converting a hornby Mk2e to a Mk2c FO with brass overlays from http://www.erminemodels.co.uk/
This has to be the longest time to reply in the history of this site ! my apologies I have moved house in the meantime and am only getting back to sorting modelling matters now attached is a picture of Irish Rail Mk2a 4113 which was converted from a bachmann Mk2a FK , I filled in the centre door and fitted an open seating arrangement which is how Irish Rail converted the original. Interestingly enough the Bachmann Mk2a FK BR number is E13468, Irish Rail 4113 original BR number was E13469 the next in sequence .
Looks great , in 1965 the then CIE ran a number of speed trials on the Dublin -Cork Line one of the trains was that very consist 1 HV , 1 Craven and 1 LV hauled by 2 (B) GM's they managed to do the journey in 2 1/2 hours non stop and not exceeding 75/80 mph .
The Bill Bedford overlay has the correct door arrangement for the ex bck as used by CIE/I.E. the RPSI may have closed the double door during its overhaul in RPSI ownership.
Great work on the recent BSK conversion .
Amazing job , just show's you what can be done , the Lima MK1 is very basic by today's standards but by adding new buffers good paint job
and of course the B5 bogies it brings it up great .
